Known to her patients as Dr. B, she is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 20 years of experience and a deep commitment to holistic, patient-first care. A graduate of the University of Des Moines, she completed her residency at St. John’s in Detroit and earned certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1999 before opening her Naples, FL practice. She’s highly regarded for combining evidence-based medicine with personalized attention, emphasizing patient education and healthy lifestyle choices. Dr. B is an active member of numerous medical associations and has been repeatedly recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor and Naples Daily News Reader’s Choice winner. A leader in aesthetic wellness, she co-founded Tru Glo Medspa to help patients enhance their confidence through treatments like laser therapy, Botox, and anti-aging solutions.

Known for his holistic, patient-centered approach, Dr. Michael Hellman is a board-certified internal medicine physician with a background in research and a passion for personalized care. He graduated in the top quartile of his class from Nova Southeastern University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he also pursued histopathology research. After completing his residency at Broward Health Medical Center, he served as a hospitalist specializing in internal medicine before joining Dr. Brzezinski’s practice. Dr. Hellman is certified in hormone pellet therapy and the P-Shot for men, offering advanced treatments to support wellness and vitality. He remains active with the American College of Physicians and the Tri-Beta Biology Honors Society. Outside the office, he enjoys playing guitar and piano, and teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Known for her compassionate care and holistic approach, Kelly Fennemore is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in family practice and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. A Florida native, she joined Dr. Brzezinski’s practice in 2017 after gaining experience in GI, pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. Kelly earned her nursing degree from Queens University in Charlotte, NC, where she was selected for a competitive ICU rotation at Duke Medical Center. She later completed her graduate studies at the University of Florida, specializing in Family Practice. As a wife and mother of two, Kelly is especially passionate about preventive healthcare and helping patients achieve long-term wellness through education and lifestyle guidance.

With a rare blend of medical and legal expertise, Katherine “Kathy” Snyder is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult and gerontology care. She earned her MSN from the University of Pennsylvania and is certified in both diabetes education and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. Kathy brings deep experience from roles in family medicine, endocrinology, and senior care, including home visits and substance abuse treatment with Hazelden Betty Ford. Earlier in her career, she practiced law advocating for patient rights before transitioning fully into healthcare. Her career began in critical care nursing in 1975, and she has since remained committed to evidence-based medicine, whole-person wellness, and health education. Kathy relocated to Naples in 2015 and is active in several national and local nurse practitioner organizations.
